Our team has implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to the international ISO 45001:2018 stardards, covering blasting services, storage, and transportation of explosive materials and we received our certification from the certification body "SFCS LLC."
This conference is held regularly every 2-3 years and discussed more focusing on blasting theory, geotechnical blasting, underwater blasting, and various research and experimental works.
To enhance our organization's technical capacity, "MNJOIN" LLC purchased a Bobcat S570 compact multi-function loader from MSM industrial of the "MSM Group" LLC in August 2023.
The engineers and managers of "MNJOIN" LLC participated in comprehensive training on enhancing workplace skills, aiming to be modern, knowledgeable staff who can effectively execute managerial tasks, work productively, and become performance-oriented managers.
The National Security Council, the Office of the Deputy Prime minister, and the National Emergency Management Agency jointly organized the "Strategic Command Headquarters" training exercise in Darkhan-Uul province, under the theme of a "Inter-agency cooperation of governmental organization during the declaration of a 'State of Emergency' due to an earthquake disaster in Ulaanbaatar city" and this strategic command staff training exercise took place from June 7-9, 2023, and our team successfully participated.
In June 2023, as part of the planned machinery and equipment fleet upgrade by "MNJOIN" LLC, we increased our technical capacity by adding a HOWO tractor head with a trailer.
The first batch of machinery planned for the fleet renewal project in 2023 is now ready for operation. As part of this effort, we expanded our technical capacity by adding a TOYOTA Land Cruiser 78 vehicle in April 2023.
